Delivery time, shipping and return costs

Best-Fix is an importer/wholesaler. Through our webshops we do not accept orders under € 50,-- excl. VAT. If you want to place a smaller order, please contact us.

Delivery times

BestFix has its own warehouse, where many products are kept in stock. As for the products that we (temporarily) do not have in stock, we have agreed with our suppliers short delivery times, so those products can generally be delivered quickly.

We always do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before noon on weekdays, we try to ship the same day. Sometimes this is not possible because products are not in stock. In that case, delivery will take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery of orders generally takes place on working days (Monday to Friday), in principle between 8:30 and 17:00.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: Orders above € 150,- ex VAT will be delivered for free in the Netherlands. For shipments abroad we use different shipping costs. For orders under € 150,- ex VAT we apply shipping costs of € 12,50 ex VAT.
Belgium and Luxembourg: For Belgium and Luxembourg shipping costs are €15,- ex vat.
Abroad: Deliveries abroad are ex warehouse and based on weight. The shipping costs will be mentioned separately at the end of your order.

Return costs

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not pick it up there, we unfortunately have to charge € 7,-- for the return costs. Once the package is back with us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door. If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know!
